This recipe was designed to showcase how easy and fast it is to make jaw dropping food. The type of food you pay good money for.

However, this recipe can be made with a quick trip to the grocery store for some frozen puff pastry, fresh veggies, goat cheese, and eggs!

1 ea Puff pastry, large enough to fit your waffle iron.

4 oz Eggs, beaten

1/4 Cup Broccolini

2 Tbsp Piquillo Peppers

2 Tbsp Goat Cheese

1 Tsp Chives

To Taste Maple syrup

Start by liberally spraying your waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray. Trim your puff pastry to a square that can fit your waffle iron. Let it temper while you make your frittata base.

Mix together your eggs, veggies and chives. Pour into the waffle iron and place your sheet of puff pastry on top.

Cook until the puff pastry is crispy, risen, and the eggs are fully cooked. Remove carefully from the waffle iron and garnish with chives.

Serve with maple syrup, jam, or a beautiful romesco sauce! This recipe can accommodate sweet and savory components!
